Sovereign House Based in Romford offered the perfect location for a disaster recovery facility for some of the world’s biggest financial institutions, this site is now the largest single disaster recovery facility for the ICM Group in the UK.
Delta T Services were selected  as the preferred contractor to carry out a major Heat recovery VRV installation throughout the building, including full fresh air ventilation integrated with an advanced CO2 sampling system fully controlled via a state of the art BMS system linked with inverter technology driven air handling systems,
Delta T Services carried out this project in fourteen weeks and were commended by the client as the first contractor to be fully completed, commissioned and handed over.
Our in house CAD department carried out the design work, as well as producing comprehensive O&M manuals to aid the servicing and maintenance of the systems.

Delta T services worked closely with all other contractors to produce a fast, accident and incident free project handed over ahead of the clients expectations.
